Since 2008, Furuwang Precision has relied on its strong technical strength and complete equipment to provide injection mold and plastic product development, design and processing services for factories, trading companies and foreign customers, as well as OEM and ODM services for plastic shells for customers from all walks of life.

The general manager pointed out that, as a supplier in the injection mold and plastic products industry, we should adapt to the changes in the market more quickly, accelerate our entry into new fields and explore new markets, and more importantly, think about how to improve the project management ability and how to retain talents in the current environment. The participants, with a serious and responsible attitude, set out from the actual situation of the company, spoke freely and offered suggestions to jointly plan for a better future of the company.

Another important topic in this meeting is the study and discussion of all middle and senior managers and functional departments on the newly introduced fully automatic fuel injection production line.

The full-automatic oil spraying processing production line introduced this time has a total length of 280 meters, two coats and two roasts. It provides customers with spraying technology for rubber and plastic shell parts. It can be sprayed with rubber paint, UV oil, PU varnish, colored paint, ordinary paint, and is applicable within 35cm of the diagonal. Combining manual and automatic spraying technology, it can solve the spraying problems of different product structures such as corners, curved surfaces, and local areas, with a daily output of 30000 to 60000. This production line can not only be used for oil spraying processing of conventional products such as electronic beauty product shells and mobile phone protective covers, but also can provide oil spraying processing of many products such as plastic shells of small household appliances, plastic shells of smart home appliances, flat panel protective shells, daily necessities, mobile power shells, wireless charging shells, etc., greatly expanding our production scope.

The overall equipment investment for this upgrade reached 2 million yuan, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing production energy consumption, which is a leap in production technology of the company.

Xie Yongjiao, the general manager, said at the meeting that in the post era of increasingly fierce competition, forging iron still requires hard work. The introduction of a new production line is the beginning of the company's upgrading iteration. Under the requirements of the new market environment, we can only remain invincible in the competition by constantly forging ahead, innovating and accelerating the pace of growth.
